 At the Skin Lab Official , customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. 

Change of Mind Returns

  • Customers requesting a return due to change of mind within the first 7 days after delivery will be eligible for a partial refund only.
  • A deduction of 40% of the total order amount will apply for handling, processing, packaging, and logistics costs.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.

Return After 7 Days 

  • Return or Refunds due to change of mind are not possible after 7 days.         

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if;

  • The device has been physically damaged.
  • The product has been misused or modified.
  • Accessories or packaging are missing.
  • The customer does not follow usage instructions properly.

Defective or damaged product

  • If you  receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos for verification.

Device Replacement Warranty

  • All laser hair removal device models include a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing faults.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, voltage issue, or accidental damage.
  • Approved  warranty claims may receive replacement or repair depending on stock availability.

Refunds Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within7-14 working days through bank transfer or the original payment method.
